Compliments & Complaints PNMML invites your complaints, compliments and feedback. Feedback may be made by email to feedback@perthnmmedicarelocal.com.au, or by fax or letter to a staff member. If you are unable to write feedback then a staff member can take details for you. All complaints will be investigated by relevant staff as soon as possible and the complainant will be informed of the outcome (usually within a few weeks). If the complainant would like information on how their complaint is progressing they may contact the Executive Officer (Deputy CEO).
