Feedback may be made by Email to feedback@ogpn.com.au, or by fax or letter to a staff member. If you are unable to write feedback then a staff member can take details for you. All complaints will be investigated by relevant staff as soon as possible and the complainant will be informed of the outcome (usually within a few weeks). If the complainant would like information on how their complaint is progressing they may contact the Executive Officer (Deputy CEO). When making a complaint please specify the problem you have had and what (if anything) you would like done about it (see Complaint Form)
