Art Yo - Art Therapy Program Art Yo is ‘creative expression’ for young people aged 13-17 years who are experiencing emotional issues (eg. depression, anxiety, low self-esteem) or stress which is compromising their sense of well-being. The goal of the group is to provide opportunities for young people to identify and express their feelings, encourage positive coping strategies, and increase their self confidence in managing the significant relationships in their life. The focus of the group program is preventative, and is about providing support to young people at critical times in their life. A formal mental health diagnosis is not an essential criteria for inclusion in this program. There is no cost for this program. Go back to Youth Health Program |
