Healthy Families for Happy Futures Program (HFHF)

The Healthy Families for Happy Futures (HFHF) program is designed for families (with children aged between 6 and 12) who are interested in learning about healthy eating, physical activity and how both can be fun.

What’s involved?
  • 3 x 2 hour workshops
  • Participation is free.
  • Children’s workshops are facilitated by a physiotherapist. During these workshops kids gain nutrition knowledge, cooking and sporting skills and have a lot of fun!
  • The parent sessions are run by a Nutritionist and the topics covered include: how much children should be eating, what types of exercise are best, how to win with a fussy eater, ideas on healthy snacks and much more.

Who would benefit from HFHF?

Any family interested in learning more about healthy eating and physical activity.
