■ RAAFA Estate Merriwa are seeking a GP for the permanent care of approximately 30 high and low care residents. Tuart Lodge is a 48 bed high care facility and Karri lodge a 59 bed low care facility with ageing in place and well estabished facilities. A consulting room is provided on site, and access to a computer and clinical software (Medical Director) can be arranged.  A Clinical Care Coordinator or RN are allocated to assist with GP visits. Staff strive for excellence in the delivery of clinical care and making a difference to resident's lifestyle and well being. ■ Stirling Aged Care Facility - Yokine - Northern Transition Care Service Program: Aegis Stirling Aged Care are seeking a GP to share a position with the Transitional Care Services (TCS).  TCS is a rehabilitation programme to assist with the transition of elderly people discharged from hospital either back home or to optimise their independence prior to placement in a residential aged care facility. All residents require a maximum 12 week programme to rehabilitate to their capacity.  Admissions are usually 2 per week but may vary due to residents changing needs, and we have a capacity for 20 residential clients.  Regular team meetings are held with RNs, social worker and allied health professionals with fortnightly attendance by the Geriatrician Registrar from Osborne Park Hospital – days and time negotiable.  Remuneration is negotiable with the Aegis Management.  For further information and confidential enquiries please call Helen Bagnall, Facility Manager on 9375 0800 or fmstirling@aegiscare.com.au
